Warranty Info

The RS One USA warranty is NOT TRANSFERRABLE, is limited to the United States and its holdings, Canada and Mexico. Shipping cost for warranty items are not covered under our limited warranty. Those outside of North America will be covered by it's local RS One authorized distributors.

RS One USA warranties its products to the original retail purchaser against defects in workmanship and material for the following terms from the date of purchase:

LC series, SP Series, Forged collection.

  1. This warrantee does not apply to:
    • Any articles not purchased through authorized RS One USA dealers.

    • Any articles that show signs of abuse, collision or improper installation.

    • OEM Equipment & Private label items produced by RS One USA (warrantee is carried by the private label company unless otherwise specified).

    • Any parts that are installed in vehicles that are used for race purposes, operated commercially, or used in off road conditions.

    • Any parts that have been sold with "No Warranty" designation on the original invoice.

    • Any parts that have been modified or altered in any way from its original configuration.

    • Any parts that have been:

      • Installed improperly.

      • Used out of its published operating range or outside RS One tested force ranges, i.e.

        • Excessively lowered or raised vehicles.

        • Used in conjunction with non Non-RS One USA approved Air Bag kits, sway bars, springs, control arms etc…

Model Specific Warranty Details:

LC Series & SP Series suspension:
Each RS One shock strut made features a limited lifetime warranty to the original retail purchaser (warranty not transferrable).

Pictures of the issued shock, purchase order number, shock series number and other related documentation must be provided when a customer files a claim. RS One USA will inspect and determine whether the products are defective before any warranty claim is made or accepted. Warranty inspection results will be based on the findings / data of our Technician/s. If the shock strut with the oil leaking issue is found to be defective or to have failed under normal conditions, RS One USA will send a replacement shock absorber at no charge to the customer, with the exception of shipping & handling fees. If the defective strut or components are asked for return to RS One USA for inspection/examination, customers are required to cover shipping costs to RS One USA. Customer is responsible for any shipping costs for the replacement parts from RS One USA to customer’s address. During the warranty period, the loss of time, labor cost, transportation charge, commercial loss, inconvenience and loss of use of the product or vehicle is not covered.

Forged Wheels:

limited lifetime structural warranty and a one year limited finish warranty against manufacturing defects in material or workmanship. for the original purchaser, not transferable to any future parties

We offer 50% off MSRP for up to 3 replacement wheels of your original purchase should you ever have an accident with any of the wheels. Same size, offset and finish only.

Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 10 days without giving any reason for doing so. Goods must be in original packaging and unused. There will be a 25% restocking fee on all goods returned this way.

The deadline for canceling an order is 10 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 60 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 10 days

  • The goods are in the original packaging (unused)

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which was damaged in transit (Please contact carrier for goods damaged in transit).

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us or authorized dealer. For direct orders please contact us for return directions

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a credit will be applied to your account. If you do not have an account then one will be provided to you upon credit applied.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
